Dry Inc operates Dry Inc, a portfolio and appointment-booking site for a tattoo artist. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Booking details, including your appointment, service, and information you submit with a booking.
• Stripe payment and deposit information. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule and manage appointments, process deposits, send booking-related messages, provide support, and maintain the security and operation of Dry Inc.

Third parties

We use Stripe to process payments, Google Calendar to manage the artist's availability, and a transactional email provider to deliver booking messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Google Calendar data

The artist can connect a Google Calendar account to Dry Inc so that existing commitments block booking slots. When a calendar is connected, Dry Inc:

• Reads event start and end times on the selected calendars to determine when the artist is busy. Event titles, descriptions, and attendees are not stored.
• Creates, updates, and cancels calendar events for confirmed appointments.
• Stores the OAuth tokens needed to perform the above. They are used for nothing else.

Calendar data is used only to show availability and to keep appointments in sync. It is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties beyond the providers named above. Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The artist can disconnect the calendar at any time from the app's settings, which deletes the stored tokens, or revoke access from their Google Account permissions page.

Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Calendar tokens are deleted when a calendar is disconnected.
